		<description>Safety Paths vs Sidewalks.  Simply, it is a definition that allows the homeowners to avoid liability... If you have a sidewalk in front of your home you are obligated to keep it clear and shovel off snow and ice.  A safety path or pathway eliminates that responsibility.
